Unreal Integration on Kinect Adventures (Microsoft Game Studios)

I primarily worked on the Reflex Ridge and River Rush activities for Kinect Adventures. My work included, to name just a few, Unreal asset integration (props, foliage, terrain, pirate ships, a ski lodge, etc.), material creation, placing VFX, model fixes, texture fixes, fixing bugs, fixing level streaming issues, reducing draw calls and increasing frames per second. On two different occasions I had the fortunate opportunity to be able to work with the Microsoft team directly at Good Science Studio. That work primarily consisted of the optimization, streaming, and bug work previously mentioned.

Kinect Adventures is the first Kinect-enabled video game created for the webcam-style add-on peripheral for the Xbox 360. The game was primarily bundled with the Kinect and Xbox360 in different purchase bundles when the Kinect was first released.
